オールステンレス包丁（牛刀）【All stainless gyutou (chef's knife)】

多くの現場加工職人から良く切れてその切れ味も続き・軽くて・研ぎやすいく・錆びない作業性に優れハンドル一体型のステンレスの要望に応えた包丁です。焼入れにもこだわって作って頂きました。
刃渡り180mmのサイズは、ご家庭用包丁としても使用しやすいサイズです。

This knife was developed in response to the voices of craftsmen who were looking for an all-stainless knife where the blade and handle are welded together as one for a light, sharp, rust-proof knife that can hold an edge and is easy to handle and sharpen. The craftsmen also poured their extensive experience and knowledge in the kilning and quenching processes.
With a 180 mm blade, it is also a good size for household use.
